Electrical Service & Supplies, Inc. (ESSI) has been powering Wisconsin since 1976. Founded by my father in Oconto, our company has grown from a small, family-run operation into a trusted, full-scale electrical services and supply provider serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the state. As the second-generation president, I, Troy Schaden, am proud to lead ESSI with the same values we were built on—integrity, quality, and long-term relationships—while driving innovation and scaling our services to meet modern demands.
